His accolades include being named a Rising Star Trainer, the youngest Master Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in June 2017, and a recognized Evidence-Based Nutritionist with MNU, the preferred evidence-based advanced nutrition education provider for companies like Optimum Nutrition.

My Training History and My Beliefs in the Present
I hold a Bachelors of Science with Magna Cum Laude honors in Human Biology from the University of Southern California.
I became certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine at 18, and am now also certified as a corrective exercise specialist and fitness nutrition specialist. In June 2017, the NASM awarded me with their Master Trainer designation as the youngest Master Trainer at a San Diego Summit following in-person assessment.
I have trained with clients of all ages ranging from 17 - 65 years old.
