My Training History and My Beliefs in the Present

I hold a Bachelors of Science with Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors in Human Biology with a focus in Applied Physiology from the University of Southern California.

I became certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine at 18, and am now also certified as a corrective exercise specialist and fitness nutrition specialist. In June 2017, the NASM awarded me with their Master Trainer designation as the youngest Master Trainer at a San Diego Summit following in-person assessment.

I have trained with clients of all ages ranging from 17 - 65 years old.
